This experience is novel, exciting, an amazing team builder, and the final results of this group effort are recorded for posterity on both CD and DVD. The project involves the recording of both 'ensemble' and 'solo' performances where our 'recording team' (made up of clients) acquire the skills to:

  • Lead the production of a music track (making the main decisions that affect the outcome of the final recording by leading, evaluating, and encouraging performers to give of their best).
  • Engineer a music track (main sound engineer and tape operative).
  • Perform vocally as part of an ensemble and/or as a soloist (full vocal coaching given).
  • Vision mix with responsibility for producing several Pop DVDs of performers. (A vision producer and vision mix engineer).

Of course the bar and lounge are open throughout the whole experience and buffet and drink can be arranged as part of an all inclusive price. (Contact us for further details)

Time scale can be 4 or 8 hours (up to 20 on longer sessions) Of course the more time available the grater the skill acquisition and the more tasks the team can complete.

It is essential that the team leader involves him/her self in the 'pre production' of the event as we need to discuss how the session will progress. It is important to understand that there is something in this for everyone from the wild extrovert to the shy introvert... to those who like leading... those who like being led...and those in flux.
